Migrating a storage pool from 1 SD to a different SD

Migrating a storage pool from 1 SD to a different SD

With your Bacula4 DCE/Self Hosted edition, you have the capability to migrate storage pools for any server from 1 SD to another via your admin GUI

1) Log into your Bacula4 GUI as an "admin" user
2) navigate to storages and search for the source storage device (SD you are migrating from)
3) select the pool you wish to move
4) show all volumes in the pool and select all volumes
5) move volumes and select destination SD

NOTES
- it is recommended to use direct SD to SD transfers
- in order to facilitate this, you need to ensure that the SDs you are working with have an SSH key installed.  If you did not install an SSH key on your SDs already (ie at time of install), you can do this by logging into the account housing the respective SDs, navigate to the SD and select any option (ie restart SD).  you will be prompted for the SSH credentials and be presented an option to install an SSH key
