Hostbill Plesk Linux and Windows

1) Download latest hostbill plesk module from your bacula4hosts portal (current version at time of this KB creation - hostbill-b4hplesk-1.0.tgz)

2) extract into your hostbill installation directory

3) in plesk related services within hostbill, navigate to client functions

4) create a new link called "Bacula4Hosts" along with custom image path for the bacula4hosts bat icon

5) direct the link to the following URL - https://[YOUR-HOSTBILL-DOMAIN.COM]/index.php?/b4hplesk/{$username}
