FAILED Max volumes less current amount of volumes!!!

With storage pools, and trying to size the storage pools down, users may see the following error

FAILED
Max volumes less current amount of volumes!!!

Our solution works on volumes within pools, and limits are a calculation of # of volumes and size of volumes

10 volumes @ 10GB each = 100GB

so, if you are trying to reduce your pool, and you still have 10 pools, you will not be able to complete the process

the solution is to manage the volumes in your pool first, and delete any volumes in a "purged" status, etc - once this is completed, and assuming you can remove enough volumes to accommodate the downgrade you are trying to perform, you will be able to complete the process
