ClusterLogics Interface showing "No DATA" for Storage Devices
Fix:
SSH Key must be installedWithout the SSH key installed, our system cannot log in and check the storage usage
if you do not wish to install the ssh key on your SD, that is fine, but, we are not able to generate usage graphs without it installed
PLEASE NOTE - SELinux will disable SSH keys and block our access to generate stats even if SSH keys have been installed during the SD installation process
90% of the "NO DATA" issues on storage are related to the above SSH Key and SELinux
An advanced troubleshooting method involves crons being uninstalled, stopped or possibly not installed during install process
Run check for errors to determine root cause. If crons are not operating or present, please contact our support team
/bin/su -l apache -c "cd /var/www/_host_name_/; /usr/bin/php /var/www/_host_name_/crons/monitoring.php
